Safety measures against Coronavirus

Our commitment to the well-being and health of our clients is absolute. At Papi Hotels, we carry out a series of preventive measures for both clients and staff to guarantee everyone's safety and comply with the current recommendations and restrictions imposed by the authorities.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

We will provide restoration services indoors and outdoors with the stipulated capacities and distances imposed at all times.
We have PPE elements for our clients: (Personal Protection Equipment)
Hand sanitiser in common areas.
Masks available to customers.

CLEANING AND SAFETY MEASURES

All our facilities and common areas are cleaned frequently with approved virucidal products.
The amount of tables and sunbeds available to clients has been adapted in compliance with the authorities' regulations. We disinfect the sunbeds once each use has ended.
The capacity in closed spaces, such as the MiniClub, has been reduced to guarantee social distance.

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS

Keep the distance of 2 meters with people who are not from your family bubble.
Wearing a mask is compulsory indoors unless eating or drinking at the bar or dining area. Outdoor mask use is recommended if social distancing cannot be maintained.
Wash your hands with the hand sanitiser. You will find the hydroalcoholic solution in the common areas of the establishment.
Cover your mouth with your elbow or forearm if you feel like coughing or sneezing.
Restrict elevator capacity to one person or family group. Please be patient or use the stairs.
