• The validity of this insurance begins on the day the reservation is formalized and prepaid and ends on the day of check-in.
• You can cancel your reservation and recover the prepaid amount for more than 20 reasons covered by the policy.
• It covers the main unforeseen events that may arise before your trip: health, work, legal reasons, flight delays, etc.

In addition, it includes coverage in case your flight is delayed and your plans change:

• If your outbound flight is delayed by more than 24 hours and prevents you from starting your trip, you can cancel your trip and claim the prepaid amount of your reservation.
• If your outbound flight is delayed due to the cases indicated and you arrive late at your destination, you can claim the loss of services for the first night of your reservation.
