What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you'll get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions. 

How is it used? 

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation. 

General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and pension portion of your booking.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promo code can be applied to a booking.
  • Papi Hotels reserves the right to apply or not to apply a promotional code.
  • Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code has specific conditions. 
  • These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code and the hotels to which the code can be applied).

How can I contact Papi Hotels?

Papi Hotels is a seasonal establishment that remains open from April to October. We have several communication channels available for our clients. For questions and queries related to reservations, you can send us an email to booking@papihotels.com or write us a WhatsApp at +34 623 61 15 09.

During the hotel's opening period, our reception team will also be happy to assist you by phone at +34 93 765 42 66.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 13:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Is it possible to check in early or have a later check-out time?

On the day of arrival at the hotel you can check with our reception about the availability of your room. If it is available before 1:00 p.m. we will proceed to check you in without any additional charge.

On the day of departure from the hotel you can extend the check-out time, upon request at the hotel reception and always subject to availability. We offer the option of extending the check-out until 3pm for a cost of €20 or until 6pm for a cost of €30.

If your room is not available for a late check-out and you would still like to have a room until 3pm or 6pm, €10 will be added to the amounts mentioned above.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Dinner: 18:00h - 21:00h

These times are subject to change depending on the restrictions and regulations in force throughout the season. The reception team will inform you at check-in of the dining room's opening hours during your stay.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, we have a private car park on the premises with very limited spaces, so reservations are not accepted. You can request availability of our car park upon arrival at the hotel. The cost of parking is €15 per car per night.

Up to what age do children stay free?

Babies under 2 years old stay free of charge.

Children between 2 and 10 years old, accompanying two adults in the room, have special discounts. Contact us at booking@papihotels.com to get the best rate available with children.

It is essential to notify the stay of children and minors at the time of confirming the reservation.

Are cribs provided for babies?

Yes, we have cots available for babies. It is recommended to request them at the time of booking confirmation or, in any case, before arrival at the hotel, as we have a limited number. Cots have an additional cost of €3 per night.

Is there parking for bikes?

Yes, we have a closed and secure bicycle parking area at no extra cost for our cyclists and cycle tourists. We are certified Cycling Friendly and have information about bike rentals and cycling routes at our reception.

Is the hotel accessible? Are there rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, our establishment is accessible in all common areas on the ground floor and we have rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us if you wish to book an adapted room or have any other specific request.

Are there gluten-free options for celiac clients?

Our buffet offers gluten-free options for all lunches and dinners: salads, meats, fish, fruit... However, we cannot guarantee 100% that there will be no cross-contamination due to space limitations in our kitchen.

On the other hand, we also have a menu with four gluten-free options that can be ordered at the hotel, which is prepared at the moment and has an additional cost.

When is the pool open?

Our swimming pools are open whenever Papi Hotels is open, the Aquapark is put into operation on request from our clients. Please check with our reception team for more information.
