What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you'll get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions. 

How is it used? 

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation. 

General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and pension portion of your booking.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promo code can be applied to a booking.
  • Papi Hotels reserves the right to apply or not to apply a promotional code.
  • Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code has specific conditions. 
  • These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code and the hotels to which the code can be applied).

What is the best way to make a reservation?

The best way to book at Papi Hotels is through our official website. You'll always get the best online price available and other exclusive discounts. Plus, if you need to modify your booking, the hotel will be your direct contact, without needing to go through an external agency.

How can I contact Papi Hotels?

Papi Hotels is a seasonal establishment that is open from April to October. For questions and inquiries related to reservations, you can send us an email to booking@papihotels.com.


During the hotel's opening period, our reception team will be available by phone at +34 93 765 42 66.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Is it possible to check in early or have a later check-out time?

On the day of arrival at the hotel, you can check the availability of your room at reception. If it is available before 1:00 PM, you can check in at no extra cost.

On the day of departure, you have the option to extend your check-out time by requesting it in advance at reception, subject to availability. Check-out can be extended until 3:00 PM for €20, or until 6:00 PM for €30.

If your room is not available for the extended check-out time, but you would like to have another room until 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM, the cost will be an additional €10 to the prices indicated, also subject to availability.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?

At Papi Hotels we offer breakfast and dinner service in our buffet restaurant at the following times:

  • Breakfast: from 7:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
  • Dinner: from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

For lunch, you can enjoy our à la carte menu with a wide variety of options at the pool bar, available from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Are transfer services offered?

Yes, the hotel offers transfer services, although not directly. You can book airport transfers with Sagalés Bus Line or direct transfer services with our trusted partners via the links available in the top right corner of our website.

What is the buffet restaurant’s culinary offering?

Our buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to satisfy all our customers' tastes and dietary preferences. We are delighted to welcome visitors from all over Europe and the world, so we strive to include local, international, and vegetarian options in our menu.

Furthermore, our kitchen is not equipped to guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. We offer a menu of specific gluten-free dishes, which are prepared fresh for an additional charge. Please ask our restaurant staff for more information.

Please note that our restaurant's dishes are not halal, and we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of nuts, dairy, or other common allergens.

Where can I park?

Our establishment has a private, covered and enclosed parking lot located within the same premises, although with a very limited number of spaces.

You can check parking availability upon arrival at the hotel. The price is €15 per vehicle per night.


There are also free public parking areas around the hotel : at the entrance to the village, next to the funeral home; and at the beginning of Av. Barcelona, where you will find two more areas, one paved and one unpaved.

What are the pool hours and when are they open?

Our swimming pools are open all season from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. The Aquapark operates from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. To use it outside these hours, you can check with the lifeguard on duty.


Reserving sunbeds with towels is not allowed. If another guest wishes to use a sunbed that has been reserved with a towel, our bar staff will remove the towel and deliver them to reception.

What swimwear and other bathing garments are allowed?

For hygiene and safety reasons, only fitted swimwear made from materials specifically designed for swimming (lycra, polyester, or similar technical fabrics) is allowed. It is prohibited to swim wearing regular or sports clothing not approved for aquatic use, loose or heavily pleated garments that may accumulate dirt, fibers, or bacteria, including burkinis, as well as absorbent fabrics such as cotton or linen, as they can compromise water hygiene and pose a safety risk to swimmers.

Up to what age do children stay for free?

Babies under 2 years stay for free.

Children between 2 and 10 years old, sharing a room with two adults, are eligible for special discounts. Contact us at booking@papihotels.com to get the best available rate for reservations with children. It is mandatory to inform us of the stay of all children and minors at the time of booking.

Are cots available for babies?

Yes, we have cots available for babies. It is recommended to request them when confirming your reservation or, in any case, before arrival at the hotel, as we have a limited number. The price for cots is €3 per night.

Is there parking for bikes?

Yes, we have a secure, closed parking area for bicycles at no extra cost for our cycling and bike-tourism guests. We are Cycling Friendly certified and provide information on bike rentals and cycling routes at our reception.

Is the hotel accessible? Are there rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, our property is accessible in all common areas on the ground floor, and we have rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us if you wish to book an adapted room or have any other specific requests.
