HOW CAN I CONTACT PAPI HOTELS?

Papi Hotels is a seasonal establishment that remains open between April and October. We have several communication channels available to our clients. For doubts and questions related to reservations, you can email us at booking@papihotels.com or WhatsApp us at +34 623 61 15 09.

Between April and October, our reception team will also assist you by telephone at +34 93 765 42 66.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in starts at 1 pm on arrival day, and check-out is until 10 am on departure day. Our reception is operational 24 hours a day.

CAN I CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?

You may inquire at our reception about the availability of your room upon arriving at the hotel. If it's available before 1 pm, we will check you in without any added charges.

On the day of departure from the hotel, you may extend the check-out time upon request at the hotel reception and always subject to availability. We offer the option of a late check-out until 3 pm for €20 or until 6 pm for €30.

If you want to check-out late and your room isn't free, we will offer you another room for an extra 10€.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT?

Breakfast: 7:45h - 10:15h

Dinner: 18:00h - 21:00h

These schedules are subject to changes depending on the restrictions and regulations in force throughout the season. Our reception team will inform you at check-in of the dining room hours during your stay.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?

Yes, we have a private car park within our facilities with a limited number of places, so we make no reservations. You can request the availability of our parking upon arrival at the hotel. Parking is €15 per car per night.

UNTIL WHAT AGE DO CHILDREN STAY FREE OF CHARGE?

Babies under two years old can stay for free.

Children between 2 and 10 years old, accompanying two adults in the room, have special discounts. Contact us at booking@papihotels.com to obtain the best available rate with children.

It is essential to notify the stay of children and minors upon confirming the reservation.

ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have cribs available for babies. We strongly encourage you to request them at the time of booking or, in any case, before arriving at the hotel, as we have limited availability. Cots have an added price of €3 per night.

IS THERE PARKING FOR BIKES?

Yes, we have closed parking for bikes at no added cost for our cycling enthusiasts. We are certified with Cycling Friendly, and we have information about bike rentals and cycling routes at our reception.

IS THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE? ARE THERE ROOMS ADAPTED FOR CLIENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Yes, our establishment is accessible in all common areas on the ground floor and rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility are available. Contact us if you want to reserve an adapted room or have any other specific requests.

ARE THERE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS FOR CELIAC CUSTOMERS?

In our buffet, there are gluten-free options at all lunches and dinners: salads, meat, fish, fruit, etc. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that there is no cross-contamination due to space limitations in our kitchen.

On the other hand, we also have a menu with four gluten-free options that you may order during your meal, prepared to order and with an added cost.

WHEN IS THE POOL OPEN?

Our swimming pools are open whenever Papi Hotels is open; the Aquapark is always operative at the request of our clients. Check with our reception team for more information.
